Choosing your experience with Sadie
Find your starting point among massage, Pilates, energy work, Watsu, horses and retreats, with a simple way to compare what matters to you.
Start with the time you want
A quiet hour for yourself, a movement practice you can return to, or time away with people you care about can lead to different choices. Begin with what you want space for. You do not need the perfect description or prior experience to explore an option. A clear preference gives the conversation a useful starting point.
If individual attention matters most, consider private bodywork, private Pilates, Reiki or a private dance lesson. If being with others is part of the appeal, explore group movement interest, group Kundalini or a shared retreat conversation. If the setting itself interests you, compare water based Watsu with time on the ground alongside horses. Each opens a different kind of planning conversation.
First visit or ongoing practice?
For a first visit, choose one interest and identify your main question. You might want to understand the experience, talk about comfort, or compare two options. Starting small lets you learn what matters before planning several sessions. There is no need to choose a longer arrangement simply because you are curious about continuing.
For ongoing practice, think about what you would enjoy returning to and the rhythm that fits your life. Pilates packages and multiple horse sessions invite a different conversation from an individual visit. Ask how a proposed series would be arranged and how it compares with beginning once. Your preferred frequency is useful information, even when you have not decided on a schedule.
A quick comparison
Choose massage and bodywork when hands on individual time is the interest you want to explore. Choose Pilates when movement practice is central. Choose Reiki or Kundalini when you want to learn about those particular energy practices. Choose Watsu when the water based experience draws you. Choose horses when being alongside animals, rather than riding, interests you. Choose retreats when your priorities need more room than a single session.
Dance has its own creative path. A private lesson is about personal practice; choreography, performance and production work begin with a business brief. Separating those interests helps you find the right conversation without trying to squeeze a creative commission into a wellbeing visit.
Name your preferences
Try choosing your two most important considerations: individual attention, shared participation, movement, quieter time, water, animals, creative expression or time away. Then identify one practical need, such as a preferred day or interest in remote Kundalini. This small list can be more helpful than a long explanation of everything you hope to do.
A sample starting note
“I am comparing private Pilates with bodywork. I would like individual time, and I am more interested in exploring a first visit than arranging a series. Weekday afternoons usually work for me. Could you help me understand the difference?” Your own note can be just as direct. It is a way to begin, not a script you must follow.
A decision you can revisit
Your first choice does not need to describe every interest you may explore later. Pick the experience you want to learn about now, and let another possibility remain a future question. This keeps the first conversation focused while leaving you room to discover what you value through your own experience.
If you are choosing together, compare preferences before writing. One person may prioritize movement while another wants individual time. Name the shared interest and the difference, rather than asking everyone to want the same thing. You can then ask which format makes sense for the people involved.
Read one related guide at a time. Notice the questions you can already answer and the one you want to bring to Sadie. That is enough to make your next step more personal.
